Come to Bredenbeck's for all your special entertaining needs. Tortes are custom made fresh to order and can be decorated for any occasion.

• Carrot Cake
  Freshly chopped carrots, raisins, nuts and spices. Iced with cream cheese.
• Black Forest
  Chocolate cake laced with cherry liquor, black cherries and whipped cream. Garnished with Chocolate shavings.
• Strawberry Shortcake
  Yellow layer cake split and filled with fresh berries and real whipped cream.
• Shadow Layer
  Vanilla and chocolate layer cake tiered and iced with a double layer of melted vanilla icing and chocolate poured fondant.
• All Occasion Layer Cake
  Chocolate or vanilla layer cake split and filled with confectioner's icing. Magnificantly decorated for birthdays, anniversaries or other occasions. Also available in ¼, ½, and full sheets.

Birthday Cakes
Make Bredenbeck's part of your birthday traditions! Our birthday cakes are deliciously moist and beautifully decorated. Choose layer cake (vanilla, chocolate, marble or half & half) or butter pound cake topped with vanilla, chocolate or buttercream icing.

Available in 7"-12" round or sheet cakes in quarter, half and full sizes. Cakes are decorated with icing roses or balloons and beautiful border designs. Custom order your favorite colors and saying.

Corporate Logo Designs
Celebrate the milestones in your company's history. Our talented sugar artists will professionally draw or reproduce your logo or photograph on any size cake.

We can also print your logo on our homemade sand tart cookies to hand out at conventions and meetings.

Number Cakes
Celebrate special occasions with 3-dimensional number cakes. We have numbers 0-9 and can mix and match them for your special occasion. For example, Sweet "16", "30", "40" or the big "50." Each number serves 20-25 guests. Choose chocolate or vanilla layer cake or our rich butter pound cake decorated in your choice of color and style.

Ice Cream Cakes
Bredenbeck's Gourmet Ice Cream Cakes are made with premium quality Haagen Dazs and Bassett's Ice Cream ice cream scooped right from our own Ice Cream Parlor. Any ice cream flavor can be used with chocolate or golden layer cake. It's all smothered with fresh whipped cream and decorated for your special occasion. 7 " round serves 12; Please call for additional sizes.

Bridal and Baby Shower Cakes
Pamper the mother-to-be with a magnificently decorated cake. Soft pastel colors, baby rattles, booties, and teddy bears are favorite motifs decorating our baby shower cakes.

Bridal showers call for an extra-special cake. Heart-shaped cakes, sheet cakes, tiered cakes and miniature cakes are especially popular. We'll be happy to help you with your order. Ask us for suggestions for sayings on the cakes.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah Cakes

Scroll Cake: Celebrate your child's entrance into adulthood with a magnificent scroll cake. Our full sheet cake is beautifully decorated with two scrolls. Available in butter pound or gourmet flavors of sour cream chocolate chip, lemon or raspberry swirl pound cake. Serves 125 guests.

We can custom design a cake to suit your needs for your son or daughter.

Brunch Cakes
Brunch cakes are perfect any time of day. Enjoy for breakfast, coffee breaks, dessert or a midnight snacks. They also make great gifts. Our favorites are Rum Ring, Louisiana Ring, Chocolate Chip Loaf, and Gold Brick. These are often available on our sample table, so stop in for a taste!
