Ah, Valentine's Day! It's the season of love for many people. But here in the bakery, as we chocolate-dip fresh strawberries and bake our heart-shaped cakes, this time of year feels only a little different for us. You see, each week we get to meet with more than 25 ecstatic brides- and grooms-to be as they come to taste cake flavors and wrap up final details for their beautiful weddings. For us, the season of love is actually year-round.

Working with people as they plan for this happy milestone is such a treat! And so, as we wait for the post-Valentine's-Day crop of newly engaged couples, I'd like to share some of the latest cakes we've created for our customers' most special days. See below.
